Since the late 1990’s, Glenshane Properties has been acquiring Investment Properties in its home market of Brighton and surrounding towns. The business has continued to grow by finding properties with growth potential to add to our long-term portfolio. Meet Our Team
Patrick Mc Kenna President
Patrick has over 25 years Construction and Management experience to continue moving Glenshane Properties forward. From single Family Property Developments to Multifamily homes, his dedication and hands on approach from design to finish ensures a quality product is always delivered.
Brian Mc Grath
Brian oversees the financing of our property acquisitions and dispositions along with day to day construction activities of our business. Brian holds a BA Honors Degree in Banking and Finance from University of Ulster Coleraine (Ireland)
William Woods
William is the Property Manager and oversees all the day to day operations, leasing and property management for our rental division. William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Westfield State University.
Tony Mc Kenna
Tony oversees the permitting and day to day site operations for all of our work. He holds both a Home Improvement Contractor and Construction Supervisor license.
